You review, approve and submit as the client’s agent, and the client stays yours.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who submits to HMRC?

You do. We prepare the quarterly updates and SA returns in your software. You review, approve and submit as the client’s agent.

What records do you need for a Self Assessment return?

A standard pack per client: bank and card statements, sales and purchase records, letting agent and mortgage statements for landlords, employment, interest, dividend and pension documents for individuals, and last year’s return and computations.

How do the 20 free hours work?

The free 20 hours are for accounting firms: UK accounting practices and US CPA firms. After a short call and a mutual NDA, you choose a few real clients. We work up to 20 hours on them at no cost, then show you the hours used and what an ongoing setup would cost. There’s no obligation to continue.

What does it cost?

We give a fixed quote after a short call. For monthly bookkeeping it is a fixed monthly fee based on transaction volume, the number of bank and card accounts, and the services needed; cleanup work is quoted separately before we start. For accounting firms, the first 20 hours are free, so you see the quality before you pay anything.
